Manager

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining quality and service standards
• Supervising and maintaining restaurant cleanliness to meet regulatory sanitation and hygiene standards
• Reports suspicious persons or actions to superior
• Responding to customer feedback and resolving conflicts effectively
• Ensuring all staff are knowledgeable about menu offerings and individual ingredients t
• Ensure that all staff make use of their checklist.
• Ensuring all staff follow strict personal safety, food safety and food storage guidelines
  
• Interacting with customer to gauge satisfaction and improve customer service
• Creating innovative promotions and designing a marketing strategy
• Reducing operational costs and increasing productivity
• Communicates positively with colleagues and superiors to ensure effective teamwork and high morale
• Oversee the opening and closing procedures of the outlet. 
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract customers and drive sales. 
• Motivate and guide the restaurant team to achieve goals and ensure positive morale.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a degree in related fields
• 2-5 years of experience in related fields
• Previous managerial experience isa must
• Must have Hotel Front Desk experience
• Technical school or formal technical skills training
• Must be available to work weekends and some evenings
• Innovative and solution-driven

Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 500,000
