Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and partners.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements
- Oversee the overall operations of the car rental business.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, market share, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage vehicle fleet performance, maintenance schedules, and logistics.
- Supervise, train, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.
- Monitor financial performance, budgeting, and cost control.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience, preferably in the automotive, transport, or service industry.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Proven experience in sales growth, operations, and team management.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and fleet management software is an added advantage.
