General Manager

Responsibilities:

• Supporting staff development
• Supporting sales teams and key account managers in maintaining relationships with clients
• Ensuring employees are motivated and productive 
• Ensuring compliance with state and federal standards and laws
• Manage, supervise, and improve overall daily operations and administrative tasks.
• initiate and develop growth strategies.
• Implement quality assurance programs.
• Initiate performance-oriented strategies across all departments.
• Review interpretation and report related issues.
• Provide managerial guidance to resolve operational problems.
• Implement best practices, standards, and procedures.
• Training low-level managers and staff. Improving revenue.
• Oversee recruitment and training of new employees in line with HR recommendations/procedures.
• Evaluating performance and productivity.
•  Analyzing accounting and financial data.
• Researching and identifying growth opportunities.
• Generating reports from departmental data and giving presentations.
• Account for all business activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
• Experience in planning and budgeting
• Knowledge of business processes and functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, etc.)
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
• Problem-solving aptitude
