Job Summary

We seek to hire an experienced and dedicated General Manager. He/She must combine broad business leadership with a specific focus on revenue generation through sales and marketing strategies. Responsibilities include developing marketing plans, overseeing sales teams to meet targets, managing budgets, and ensuring overall business profitability and growth

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets. 
  • Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage sales and marketing teams to ensure they meet performance objectives.
  • Marketing Execution: Oversee the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, and collaborate with other teams like product development and operations. 
  • Financial Management: Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and ensure financial targets are met. 
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify opportunities, track trends, and understand the competitive landscape.
  • Customer and Stakeholder Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze campaign and sales performance metrics to report on progress and identify areas for improvement.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field; an MBA is often preferred. 
  • 4+ years experience
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role with a track record of success in sales and marketing.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities. 
  • Strategic thinking and planning skills. 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities. 
  • Financial acumen and budget management skills. 
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. 
  • Knowledge of market dynamics and consumer behaviour.


Location: Ikeja and Lekki Phase 1

Remuneration: NGN 1 Million
