General Manager

Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership:

• Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
• Translate corporate goals into actionable business plans and measurable outcomes. 
• Identify growth opportunities and lead business expansion initiatives.

Operational Oversight:

• Supervise all departmental heads to ensure coordination and efficiency across the company.
• Establish and maintain performance metrics, budgets, and operational standards.
• Oversee process improvements to enhance productivity, customer satisfaction, and cost efficiency.

Financial Management:

• Prepare, manage, and monitor budgets to achieve financial targets.
• Analyze financial reports and implement corrective actions where necessary.
• Drive revenue growth while maintaining cost control and profitability.

People Management:

• Lead, mentor, and develop senior management teams to promote a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across all departments.
• Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning strategies.

Business Development & Stakeholder Relations:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• Represent the organization at executive meetings, industry events, and public functions.
• Ensure adherence to corporate governance and compliance standards.

Risk & Compliance:

• Identify potential business risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Ensure company operations comply with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a B.Sc. qualification
• Minimum of 4 years of experience
• Strong analytical ability
• Excellent communication skills
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
