Job Summary
We are looking to hire a courteous and well-organized Front Desk Officer to serve as the first point of contact for parents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a friendly personality, and prior experience in a school or corporate environment.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and attend to parents, visitors, and pupils in a polite and professional manner.
- Manage the school’s front office operations, including phone calls, inquiries, and correspondence.
- Maintain visitor logs and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Assist in general administrative duties and record keeping.
- Provide accurate information about the school’s programs and activities when required.
Requirements:
- Minimum of HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Mass Communication, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1–2 years’ experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or Customer Service Representative (preferably in a school environment).
- Must have a professional appearance and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.
- Good command of written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Excellent telephone etiquette and interpersonal abilities
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel Outlook)
- Friendly, calm, and confident personality
- Ability to maintain composure and professionalism under pressure.
