Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations of restaurants, bars, room service, and catering within the establishment.
- Staff Management: Hire, train, schedule, and supervise kitchen and service staff.
- Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, order supplies, and manage vendor relationships.
- Budgeting & Cost Control: Develop budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving strategies without compromising quality.
- Customer Experience: Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Compliance: Enforce health, safety, and hygiene regulations in all food and beverage areas.
- Menu Planning: Collaborate with chefs to design menus that align with customer preferences and seasonal availability.
- Event Coordination: Oversee food and beverage aspects of events, banquets, and conferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND qualification
