Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and organized Female Supermarket Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service and profitability.

  • Minimum Qualification : HND

  • Working Hours : Full Time

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily supermarket operations and staff performance.
  • Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product restocking.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance against targets.
  • Train, motivate, and manage store employees for efficiency.


Requirements:

  • HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 2 years’ experience in retail or supermarket management.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.
  • Good knowledge of inventory and POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet business targets.
