Requirements:- Oversee daily operations of security personnel and ensure compliance with established security protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address potential security risks and vulnerabilities.
- Develop, implement, and update security procedures and policies to enhance the safety of the organization.
- Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency services in the event of incidents or emergencies, ensuring efficient response protocols are followed.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate the performance of security staff, providing guidance and support as necessary.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues for management review.
- Conduct investigations into security breaches, theft, or incidents, gathering evidence and documenting findings for follow-up action.
- Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or in a similar role within the security industry.
- Strong knowledge of security protocols, risk management, and emergency response procedures.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact with employees, clients, and law enforcement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess situations and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
