We are seeking a proactive and versatile operations executive to support business growth, manage basic HR functions, and drive marketing activities. The ideal candidate will play a key role in sales expansion, team coordination, and brand visibility.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales growth by identifying and onboarding new customers (schools, supermarkets, distributors, etc.)
- Support and expand distribution channels within assigned territories
- Execute local marketing campaigns and promote brand awareness
- Gather market insights and customer feedback to support business decisions
- Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and basic staff coordination
- Maintain staff records and support day-to-day administrative tasks
- Track sales performance and prepare weekly activity reports
- Monitor inventory movement and help reduce product returns
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Ensure smooth coordination between sales, operations, and management
Requirements
- B.Sc. in business administration, marketing, human resources, economics, or related field
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, HR, marketing, or operations (NYSC experience acceptable)
- Experience in FMCG or food distribution is an added advantage
- Must be able to drive

Remuneration: NGN 150,000
