Job summary
We are seeking a data-driven user acquisition manager to drive large-scale downloads for the PazeX rider and driver apps. The ideal candidate will plan, execute, and optimise digital advertising campaigns that convert directly into app installs and active users. Experience in fast-growing tech startups or mobility platforms such as Uber or Bolt is strongly preferred.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Run and optimise paid campaigns across Google, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok to drive app downloads.
- Track and improve key metrics such as Cost-Per-Install (CPI), Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC), and conversion rates.
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, messaging, and campaign targeting.
- Analyse campaign performance and scale high-performing channels.
- Work with the product and design teams to improve download funnels and activation rates.
Requirements:
- 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing or mobile app growth.
- Proven success driving mobile app installs through paid campaigns.
- Strong knowledge of analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase, and AppsFlyer).
- Experience in mobility, on-demand platforms, or tech startups is a strong advantage.
Success Metric:
- Growth in PazeX app downloads, driver sign-ups, and rider activation rates while maintaining efficient marketing spend.
