Equipchain Global Limited is a growing technical procurement, industrial supply, logistics and engineering support company seeking a result-orientated business development & key accounts executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Generate and develop new business opportunities.
  • Build relationships with corporate organisations and contractors.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
  • Conduct client visits and presentations.
  • Meet agreed sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain customer relationships and provide weekly reports.
  • Identify and pursue new customers.
  • Generate leads and arrange meetings.
  • Develop relationships with contractors, manufacturers, telecom companies, and corporate organisations.
  • Prepare quotations and follow up on enquiries.
  • Convert enquiries into orders.
  • Achieve monthly revenue targets.
  • Promote the company's procurement and industrial support services
  • Create awareness through LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email marketing, and physical visits.
  • Maintain existing clients.
  • Ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Submit weekly activity reports.
  • Report directly to the Managing Director.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of OND in any discipline.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in sales or business development.
  • Good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Must reside within Lagos.
  • Experience in B2B, industrial supplies, construction, engineering, logistics or procurement services is an added advantage.
  • Ability to drive, with a valid driver’s license is a great advantage
  • Must be willing to visit clients and project sites.

KPIs (Performance Targets):
  • Minimum 20 new prospects weekly.
  • Minimum 8 client meetings monthly.
  • Minimum 5 quotation requests monthly
  • Minimum 2 converted sales monthly.
  • Monthly revenue target of NGN2–5 million.


Location: Ijaye, Ojokoro, Lagos

Remuneration: NGN 100,000 – 120,000 monthly plus a performance bonus and commission.

Work Schedule: Hybrid (Office attendance twice weekly)
