Job summary
We seek to hire a business manager (wholesale market & operations). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B wholesale growth. Core duties include identifying new business opportunities, securing orders, and managing key accounts. The role requires leveraging industry expertise to increase brand market share within the solar sector.
Job descriptions & requirements
- Lead and mentor a small sales team through daily check-ins and performance tracking.
- Drive team productivity to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Drive B2B expansion within the solar industry.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including price negotiation, closing transactions, and payment collection.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors and retailers.
- Monitor market trends and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in B2B sales.
- At least 1 year of experience in the solar industry (mandatory).
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and execution skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Monthly (commission to be discussed in person)
Location: Alaba International Market, Ojo – Lagos
