Head of Operations

Responsibilities:

• Operational Governance: Lead and streamline daily real estate operations, property management routines, facility maintenance, and administrative workflows across Woye Group assets.
• Project & Site Execution: Oversee real estate development schedules, contractor deliverables, site inspections, and property handovers to ensure zero delays and strict budget compliance.
• Financial & Yield Optimisation: Drive occupancy rates, rental collection pipelines, service charge administration, and operational cost controls to maximize asset profitability.
• Team Leadership & Supervision: Direct, mentor, and hold field agents, facility staff, administrative teams, and external vendors accountable with a firm but supportive leadership style. 
• Risk & Statutory Compliance: Ensure all real estate developments and managed properties comply fully with state building regulations, land title documentations, tax filings, and safety codes.

Requirements:

• 3 to 5 years of proven operational leadership experience in real estate management, asset portfolio oversight, or commercial property development.
• A minimum of an HND in Estate Management, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related discipline.
• Professional membership (e.g., NIESV, ESVARBON, PMP) is an added advantage.
• High firmness in enforcing operational standards paired with excellent conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
• Strict compliance with Woye Group's non-smoking and non-drinking code of conduct.
