Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Weigh flour and other ingredients to prepare the dough
- Measure and mix ingredients for bread and pastries
- Ensure consistent quality in taste, appearance, and texture
- Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, tools, and equipment
Requirements:
- A minimum level of a BSc degree
- A minimum of 2 years of experience
- Proven experience in bread and pastry baking within an FMCG or bakery environment
- Strong knowledge of dough mixing, fermentation, baking, and finishing techniques
- Ability to maintain high hygiene and food safety standards
- Attention to detail, creativity, and commitment to quality production
- Good teamwork and communication skills
- Must reside within or around Port Harcourt
