Responsibilities:
- Overseeing kitchen daily operations.
- Creating and edifying a menu to suit trends and seasons.
- Ensure safety and health measures in the handling of food, and also maintaining hygienic cooking environment.
- Handling of staff, recruiting, trainings and resolving staff complaints.
- Must have acquired culinary certifications.
- Leadership skills, cost control management, and wastage control.
- Supervises inventory, procurement, and all store activities.
Requirements:
- Minimum BSc.
- 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
