Currently employing a Kitchen Manager who will oversee daily kitchen operations, supervises staff, ensures food quality and safety standards, manages inventory and costs, maintains cleanliness, and delivers efficient service to achieve excellent customer satisfaction.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing kitchen daily operations.
  • Creating and edifying a menu to suit trends and seasons.
  • Ensure safety and health measures in the handling of food, and also maintaining hygienic cooking environment.
  • Handling of staff, recruiting, trainings and resolving staff complaints.
  • Must have acquired culinary certifications.
  • Leadership skills, cost control management, and wastage control.
  • Supervises inventory, procurement, and all store activities.


Requirements:

  • Minimum BSc.
  • 4 years of previous experience in a similar role.
