- Ensure every lead gets a follow-up call within 24 hours
- Engage prospects via calls, WhatsApp, and email
- Handle inbound leads from website and social media
- Guide prospects through the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions
- Report on lead quality and common objections
Requirements:
- Proven experience in customer service or sales support
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Ability to follow up consistently without supervision
- Comfortable making frequent phone calls
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools or willingness to learn
- Strong organizational and reporting skills
- Reliable laptop and stable internet connection
KPIs:
- Daily Follow-Up Consistency: Zero missed leads. Every contact followed up the same day.
- Fast Response Time: All inbound inquiries acknowledged and attended to promptly.
- High Conversion Rate: Consistently move prospects from interest to paying clients.
- Organised Reporting: Clear, accurate daily activity reports with zero gaps.
