Job Summary
A perfume store needs the services of a customer service support lead, one who can make use of CRM tools and software to collate and manage data.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Update and maintain client database (phone numbers, birthdates, addresses, etc.).
- Manage online sales processing via website and other platforms.
- Handle and update the Google My Business profile.
- Ensure accurate documentation and secure storage of client information.
- Generate reports from data to support decision-making.
- Support the sales and marketing team with accurate customer information.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2–3 years' proven experience in data management, CRM, or related roles.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace, and database tools.
- Experience with website sales processing and e-commerce platforms.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to pay attention to detail and handle sensitive data with confidentiality.
Remuneration: NGN 200,000
Location: Lekki Phase 1
