Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

  • Communication Handling: Receive and answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding agricultural products and export services. 
  • Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information to customers about product availability, order status, shipping details, and any other relevant inquiries.
  • Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, processing transactions, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete for export procedures.
  • Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively. Work with internal teams to resolve problems related to orders, deliveries, and product quality.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s agricultural products, export processes, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Documentation: Assist in the preparation and processing of necessary documentation for export orders, including invoices, certificates, and shipping documents.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and proactive support. Help ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries. 


Requirements:

  • Must be a lady with a bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, or a related field. 


Skills: 

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A good voice will be an added advantage. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
  • Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer issues.
  • Familiarity with agricultural products and export processes is a plus. 
  • Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.


Experience: 

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry or export oriented business.
