Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:Â
- Communication Handling: Receive and answer phone calls, emails, and other inquiries from customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders regarding agricultural products and export services.Â
- Information Provision: Provide accurate and timely information to customers about product availability, order status, shipping details, and any other relevant inquiries.
- Order Processing: Assist customers in placing orders, processing transactions, and ensuring that all necessary documentation is complete for export procedures.
- Issue Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, or issues promptly and effectively. Work with internal teams to resolve problems related to orders, deliveries, and product quality.
- Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s agricultural products, export processes, and relevant industry regulations.
- Documentation: Assist in the preparation and processing of necessary documentation for export orders, including invoices, certificates, and shipping documents.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through effective communication and proactive support. Help ensure customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with logistics, sales, and other departments to ensure seamless communication and efficient resolution of customer queries.Â
Requirements:
- Must be a lady with a bachelor’s degree in business, Agriculture, or a related field.Â
Skills:Â
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. A good voice will be an added advantage.Â
- Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling documentation.
- Problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to customer issues.
- Familiarity with agricultural products and export processes is a plus.Â
- Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Experience:Â
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a related industry or export oriented business.
