Our Customer Service Representative connects Awameal to customers by answering chats via WhatsApp or Instagram, handling calls, taking orders, and ensuring every experience is smooth and satisfying.

Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram, and phone calls.
- Accurately take and pass customer orders to the operations team.
- Provide product and service information clearly to customers.
- Follow up on orders to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Handle complaints or issues professionally and escalate when necessary.
- Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements:
- Minimum SSCE qualification.
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service, sales, or related roles.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills (English + Igbo is a plus).
- Good knowledge of WhatsApp, Instagram, and basic phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and stay organised under pressure.
- Attention to detail when taking and passing orders.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-first attitude.
- Basic knowledge of food service is an advantage.
- Previous CSR experience is a plus but not mandatory.
