Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in person.
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information in response to customer requests.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
- Collaborate with internal departments to address customer concerns and provide solutions.
- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
- Assist with product/service-related information and troubleshoot issues.
- Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolution.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND, HND, or B.Sc. in any field.
- Proven experience in a customer service or client-facing role is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Patience, empathy, and a strong customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle high-volume inquiries.
