Qualifications

• Concrete pump operation skills, including setup, safe handling of hoses and pipelines, and controlled placement of concrete on various types of construction projects.
• Equipment inspection and basic maintenance abilities, with the capacity to identify minor mechanical issues and perform routine cleaning and servicing of machinery.
• Strong understanding of construction site safety practices, including adherence to company and regulatory safety procedures and use of appropriate personal protective equipment.
• Ability to read and follow basic construction plans or instructions, communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members, and coordinate work to meet project schedules.
• Physical ability to work in outdoor environments, stand for extended periods, lift and move hoses or related equipment, and perform tasks in varying weather conditions.
• Previous experience operating concrete pumps or similar heavy construction equipment is highly beneficial.
• Relevant vocational training or certification in heavy equipment operation or construction technology is an advantage.
• Demonstrated reliability, attention to detail, and willingness to follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
