We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Operations Supervisor to support the efficient delivery of our business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring operational processes, production oversight, coordinating with vendors, supply chain management, distribution coordination, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving continuous process improvement. This role offers significant exposure to multiple business functions and a clear progression pathway for high performers.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor daily operational activities and ensure adherence to established processes and service standards
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure contract compliance and timely service delivery 
  • Manage the department's procurement requests, raising purchase orders, obtaining approvals, and reconciling invoices
  • Track stock levels, manage reorder processes, and coordinate inbound and outbound shipments
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for management review
  • Support regulatory compliance activities, including documentation, internal audits, and regulatory submissions
  • Liaise with finance, HR, IT, and commercial teams on cross-functional operational matters
  • Support the implementation of new systems, tools, and process changes within the operations function
  • Resolve operational issues promptly and escalate complex matters to management.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (minimum Second Class Lower) in business administration, management, engineering, economics, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant work experience in an operations or process management role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of stock management principles, procurement cycles, and logistics coordination
  • Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements applicable to the FMCG industry
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously without compromising quality


Remuneration: NGN250,000 – 400,000 Monthly
