We are seeking a responsible, organised, and proactive Operations Coordinator to oversee day-to-day activities, supervise team members, coordinate tasks, and ensure smooth and efficient business operations. The ideal candidate should be a strong communicator who can take ownership, supervise effectively, solve problems, and ensure tasks are completed to the required standard and within timelines.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate daily operations and team activities.
  • Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion of work.
  • Ensure team members follow company procedures and maintain expected service standards.
  • Coordinate communication between management, staff, customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer requests and ensure prompt resolution of issues.
  • Track orders, projects, deliveries, and other operational activities.
  • Identify operational challenges and escalate issues to management when necessary.
  • Support inventory, procurement, and basic administrative activities.
  • Prepare simple operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
  • Ensure the workplace remains organised, efficient, and professional.
  • Support management in implementing processes that improve productivity and customer satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.


Requirements:

  • A minimum of an HND in business administration, operations management, management, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in operations, supervision, administration, customer service, or a related role.
  • Previous supervisory or team coordination experience is an advantage.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organisational and follow-up abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
  • Must be proactive, reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable taking responsibility.


Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly Net
