Job summary

We are looking for a young, smart, and dynamic operations lead to work closely with the managing director in coordinating business operations, managing projects, engaging clients and stakeholders, and supporting business growth.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Support the MD in managing daily operations and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate project teams, consultants, vendors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
  • Serve as a key contact for clients and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent communication and service.
  • Support the preparation of proposals, bids, presentations, reports, and business documents.
  • Represent the MD at selected meetings, events, and business development engagements.
  • Coordinate training, research, procurement, logistics, and other client projects as required.
  • Track project timelines, deliverables, and action points, escalating issues where necessary.
  • Support business development activities and identify new opportunities.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the MD to support business growth.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in project management, operations management, business administration, economics, engineering, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years' relevant experience in operations, project management, consulting, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong communication, organisation, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work with minimal supervision.
  • Experience in consulting, procurement, logistics, energy, contracting, proposal writing, or bidding is an advantage.
  • PMP or MBA is an added advantage.
  • Candidates must be 30 years old or younger in 2026.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally, particularly to Abuja, when required.


Remuneration: NGN 500,000 Monthly  Net
