- Collaborate with product teams to develop new financial products
- Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MSc or MBA preferred)
- 8-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
- Proven track record in fixed deposit mobilization and loan disbursement
- Strong understanding of microfinance and digital marketing
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills
