Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, referrals, and direct prospecting.
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads through the business development pipeline.

- Attend networking events, conferences, exhibitions, and industry meetings to promote the company and generate opportunities.
- Identify challenges affecting business growth and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Ensure excellent client service and maintain long-term business relationships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven years of experience in business development, sales, marketing, or a related role.
- Proven track record of generating leads, acquiring clients, and achieving revenue targets.
- Strong business development, sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong networking and relationship-management abilities.
- Good understanding of market research, sales strategies, and customer acquisition.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent proposal writing and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
