Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily business operations across departments such as administration, sales, customer service, finance, or human resources.
  • Conduct research, gather data, and prepare reports to support decision-making.
  • Participate in training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job learning programs.
  • Support team members with administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and record keeping.
  • Assist in analysing business trends, customer feedback, and workflow efficiency.
  • Contribute to project planning and execution under supervision.
  • Provide support during meetings, presentations, and client engagements.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of information.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Management, Economics, Marketing, or related fields.
  • Strong willingness to learn and grow within the organisation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work in a team and follow instructions.
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to a dynamic work environment.
