Business Support Officer

Responsibilities:

• Build, manage, and maintain positive relationships with existing clients and partners.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Anambra and Enugu States.
• Represent IJM Global in meetings, exhibitions, and community events.
• Provide support and follow-up on customer inquiries and service needs.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients.
• Prepare periodic sales, activity, and performance reports.
• Monitor regional market trends and provide feedback for business strategy improvement.

Requirements:

• B.Sc./HND/OND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or client relations.
• Strong interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic digital tools (e.g., email, Google Workspace).
• Self-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented personality.
• Must reside in Awka or nearby areas and be willing to travel within Anambra and Enugu States.
• Experience in the tech, security, or ICT industry is an added advantage.
