The Business Operations Manager will lead a dynamic team (4–6 staff) and oversee operations across our Study Abroad, Admissions, Flight Ticketing, Luxury Tours, and Group Travel Divisions. This role requires a proactive leader capable of managing people, systems, and strategy while delivering measurable business growth.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, team workflow, staff training, and performance management
- Build and optimise business systems that support world-class client experience
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and servicing of students and travellers
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns for international tickets, vacation tours, and group travel
- Identify new business opportunities, negotiate partnership deals, and initiate PR strategies that strengthen our brand presence
- Drive aggressive client acquisition, retention, and revenue growth
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Business, Management, Hospitality, or Travel/Tourism (Mandatory)
- Graduate of a Top 3–5 private university (Preferred)
- 5+ years’ experience in education consulting, travel/tours, luxury hospitality, or flight ticketing with a strong record of performance and business delivery
- Team leadership skills with proven results in managing small, fast-paced, service-driven teams
- Expertise in international education admissions and direct sales/marketing of travel and tour services
- Excellent communication, organisational, and partnership-building abilities.
- International exposure is highly valued—preferably candidates who good travel history, either for leisure or personal development purposes.
Compensation:
- Base monthly salary: ₦350,000 – ₦500,000, based on experience and qualifications.
- Annual performance bonus: 50–75% of annual base, awarded for hitting or exceeding aggressive business growth targets.
- Focused recruiting and travel sales season: 6–8 months/year—critical to delivering large results in concentrated timeframes.
