We are hiring a Business Development Officer for a fast-growing Printing Press in Lagos. The ideal candidate must be energetic, creative, and result-driven someone who can grow client relationships, increase revenue, and represent the brand professionally.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily business and production operations of the printing press.
- Coordinate between departments — design, production, finishing, and delivery — to ensure timely project completion.
- Supervise and motivate staff to achieve performance targets.
- Monitor inventory of printing materials, consumables, and equipment.
- Manage job orders, client communications, and delivery timelines.
- Ensure high-quality output and adherence to customer specifications.
- Track and report on business performance, budgets, and expenses.
- Develop strategies to improve workflow, cost-efficiency, and productivity.
- Maintain safety standards and compliance with company policies.
- B.Sc. / HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in operations management (experience in a printing or production environment is a strong advantage).
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of print processes preferred.
- Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
- Must reside within or around Shomolu, Lagos.
