PAGES Model Management is a female-focused mother agency established in 2012. The agency is committed to discovering, developing, and sustaining modelling careers through professionalism, fairness, and integrity. PAGES works with local and international clients across fashion, commercial, and editorial spaces, providing structured talent development and representation. PAGES is seeking a Business Manager to take full leadership of the agency. This is a business leadership role, not an individual contributor position. The role focuses on business growth, people development, operational structure, and the agency's long-term sustainability.

Responsibilities:
- Provide overall leadership and direction for the agency
- Drive business growth through partnerships, bookings, and opportunities
- Set and monitor KPIs across all teams
- Identify performance gaps and initiate training and development
- Recruit, manage, and develop employees
- Establish structure, systems, and processes to support scale
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a modelling agency or similar creative business
- Experience working in leadership or multiple roles within a similar organisation
- Strong leadership, people management, and business growth capacity
Performance Expectations (First 3–6 Months):
- KPIs agreed and implemented across teams
- Performance monitoring in place
- Training initiated where required
- Staffing gaps identified and addressed
- Clear progress toward business growth targets
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to NGN 250,000 Net
- Commission: 3–5% on business secured
- Bonus: Fixed bonus for exceeding annual KPIs

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 Net
Work Mode: Hybrid (1–2 days onsite, rest remote)
