Segi’s Beverages is hiring a Business Manager to oversee the end-to-end operations of the manufacturing business. This role involves management across production, quality, sales, distribution, and operational growth.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee production operations and ensure quality standards
- Manage inventory, supply chain, and distribution
- Build relationships with existing and new outlets
- Drive sales growth and distribution expansion
- Engage sales personnel or agencies where required
- Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are met
- Recruit and manage operational staff
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in manufacturing, FMCG, or similar operational roles
- Experience across operations, sales, or distribution
- Strong execution and leadership capacity
Performance Expectations (First 3–6 Months):
- Distribution quotas consistently met
- New outlet conversations initiated
- Sales personnel or agency engaged
- Regulatory and compliance gaps addressed
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: Up to NGN 166,666 Net
- Commission: 3–5% on business secured
- Bonus: Performance-based annual bonus
- Benefits: HMO
Location: Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 166,666 Net
Work Mode: Flexible (onsite presence required)
