Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing customers.
• Maintain strong relationships with corporate fleet clients, car owners, dealerships, and vendors.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
• Track sales performance, prepare periodic reports, and monitor KPIs.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, brand visibility initiatives, and customer engagement activities.
• Follow up on leads from digital platforms, walk-in customers, and referrals.
• Support management in planning and executing growth strategies.

Requirements:

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client relations (automotive industry experience is an added advantage).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work with sales targets and manage client relationships professionally.
• Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales channels.
• Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and highly organized.
