Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Researching and identifying potential customers
- Reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, emailing, or networking
- Drafting of proposals for clients according to their needs in line with the company’s scope of work and products.
- Searching for new clients and introducing our services to them and convincing them to buy our products, and following up on prospective clients.
- Creating a sales forecast and preparing a statistical analysis of sales surveys to ascertain the growth of your department and prospective clients.
- Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
- Understanding the needs and preferences of customers and tailoring sales pitches accordingly
- Negotiating prices and terms of sales and contracts.
- Collaborating with colleagues in marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas

- Have a proven track record as a successful business development officer
