Business Development Officer

Responsibilities:

• Researching and identifying potential customers
• Reaching out to potential customers through cold calling, emailing, or networking
• Drafting of proposals for clients according to their needs in line with the company’s scope of work and products.
• Searching for new clients and introducing our services to them and convincing them to buy our products, and following up on prospective clients.
• Creating a sales forecast and preparing a statistical analysis of sales surveys to ascertain the growth of your department and prospective clients.
• Building and maintaining relationships with existing customers.
• Understanding the needs and preferences of customers and tailoring sales pitches accordingly
• Negotiating prices and terms of sales and contracts.
• Collaborating with colleagues in marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas

Requirements:

• Have a proven track record as a successful business development officer 
• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders.
