Join Afritek Global Limited and Power Nigeria’s Energy Future Afritek Global Limited, the authorized distributor of Xenterra Solar products in Nigeria, is expanding its operations and is looking for two highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Managers to help grow our distributor and retail network across Nigeria. Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and expand our distributor network across Nigeria.
  • Identify and recruit new solar distributors, electrical dealers, wholesalers, and retail partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and channel partners.
  • Drive sales growth and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and dealer training.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and close new business opportunities.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Prepare weekly sales and market intelligence reports.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of a Higher National Diploma (HND) in business administration, marketing, engineering, electrical/electronic engineering, renewable energy, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in business development, B2B Sales, or Channel Development.
  • Experience in the solar, electrical, renewable energy, power, or engineering industry is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop distributor networks and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively within Nigeria.
  • A valid driver’s licence is an added advantage.

Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 300,000 Monthly  (based on experience).
