We are seeking a strategic and result-oriented Business Development Manager (Real Estate) to lead our expansion efforts, grow investor relations, raise funds for projects, and build a powerful sale

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, attract investors, and grow the company’s client base
  • Identify, negotiate, and close new business deals and partnerships with developers, agents, and investors.
  • Lead fundraising campaigns and investor outreach for property development projects.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of marketers and sales representatives.
  • Create and implement marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and sales conversions.
  • Collaborate with the CEO to design competitive pricing models and investment products.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of real estate trends.
  • Prepare detailed business performance reports, forecasts, and investor updates.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields (MBA is an advantage).
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, real estate marketing, or investment management.
  • Proven record of raising funds, growing client bases, and managing sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and proposal writing.
  • Must be self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently with little supervision.
