Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, attract investors, and grow the company’s client base
- Identify, negotiate, and close new business deals and partnerships with developers, agents, and investors.
- Lead fundraising campaigns and investor outreach for property development projects.
- Recruit, train, and manage a team of marketers and sales representatives.
- Create and implement marketing strategies to improve brand visibility and sales conversions.
- Collaborate with the CEO to design competitive pricing models and investment products.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of real estate trends.
- Prepare detailed business performance reports, forecasts, and investor updates.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Finance, or related fields (MBA is an advantage).
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in business development, real estate marketing, or investment management.
- Proven record of raising funds, growing client bases, and managing sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing, CRM tools, and proposal writing.
- Must be self-driven, disciplined, and able to work independently with little supervision.
