Job summary
We are seeking a strategic, target-driven and result-oriented Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth, property sales, partnerships, and market expansion.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans
- Identify new real estate opportunities and investment prospects
- Generate leads and close high-value property transactions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to increase market visibility
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Real Estate Business Development
- HND/B.Sc ina related field
- Strong negotiation, networking, and closing skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and drive business growth
Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 Monthly
