Job Summary
The Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities while building long-term strategic relationships. You will own the full sales cycle for mid-market and/or enterprise deals, collaborate closely with marketing, product,and customer success teams.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and develop a robust pipeline of new logo opportunities through outbound efforts (cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, networking) and inbound leads
- Conduct discovery calls, demos, and on-site or virtual presentations tailored to client needs
- Build and execute account-based strategies for target accounts
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms in collaboration with legal and finance
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships, channel partners, and alliances when applicable
- Accurately forecast sales activity and revenue achievement in CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
- Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, content, and lead generation initiatives
- Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams to influence roadmap
- Achieve or exceed assigned quarterly and annual quotas
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred)
- 3–8+ years of full-cycle B2B sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding annual quotas
- Experience selling to mid-market and/or enterprise clients - Strong prospecting skills and comfort with high-volume cold outreach
- Excellent discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce experience a big plus) and sales tech stack (Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Gong, etc.)
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to travel 20–30% travel (client meetings, conferences, etc.)
