Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Drive client acquisition efforts and generate high-quality leads
- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with high-net-worth clients and corporate partners
- Conduct client consultations and clearly articulate our services, benefits, and pathways
- Develop and execute strategic business development and sales plans
- Attend networking events, industry seminars, exhibitions, and conferences to promote the company
- Work closely with internal teams to support client processing, documentation, and onboarding
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities using CRM tools
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and performance targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic positioning
Requirements:
- Female with a professional background and experience in banking/finance, travel & hospitality, tourism, HR & admin, accounting, entertainment, or market research
- Comfortable engaging high-value clients and driving business growth.
- 5 years of experience
