Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics industry.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, agents, and partners.
- Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover of new clients for execution.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and pricing developments to inform strategy.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and pipeline forecasts.
Requirements:
- Minimum of B.Sc. qualification.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in freight forwarding, logistics B2B sales.
- Proven record of closing deals and meeting/exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of FCL, LCL, and air freight services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Highly motivated.
