Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition (Primary Responsibility)
- Proactively identify, target, and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, online outreach, events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients to consistently achieve acquisition targets.
- Conduct sales pitches, demos, and presentations to convert prospects into active clients.
- Understand client needs and tailor solutions to secure contracts and long-term engagements.
Business Growth & Market Expansion
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and industries to expand client base.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase market penetration and brand visibility.
- Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strong relationships with newly acquired and existing clients.
- Serve as the primary point of contact to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Upsell and cross-sell services based on client requirements.
Sales Process & Pipeline Management
- Manage the complete sales cycle—from prospecting to deal closure.
- Maintain an accurate and up-to-date CRM with client interactions, proposals, and forecasts.
- Prepare business proposals, quotations, and contract documents.
Collaboration & Internal Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, operations, and product teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Share client insights to help shape service offerings and marketing strategies.
Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track acquisition metrics, revenue targets, and conversion rates.
- Prepare weekly/monthly reports detailing client acquisition activities and results.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a BSc
- Minimum of 3 years of experience
