Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities across targeted markets.
- Develop and implement business growth strategies to increase revenue and expand client base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Lead proposal preparation, bidding processes, and contract negotiations.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments.
- Work with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for clients.
- Track business development performance and prepare periodic reports.
- Attend industry events, meetings, and networking activities to generate leads.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of all business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Degree/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience in business development or sales management.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of market trends, customer acquisition, and sales strategies.
- Ability to build long-term client relationships and close high-value deals.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
