Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to increase company revenue.
- Develop marketing strategies and proposals to attract corporate and individual clients.
- Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and growth opportunities.
- Manage client relationships and follow up on leads to conversion.
- Collaborate with operations to ensure client satisfaction and service quality.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2–3 years in sales or business development, preferably in banking, hospitality or travel.
- Proven record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
