Responsibilities:

Operational Transition & Systemization (Months 1–2):

Shadow the Founder to document all operational workflows, supplier networks, machine maintenance schedules, and production techniques.
Take full ownership of the daily logistics, supply chain management, and vendor relations, completely relieving the founder of physical labour.
Build a digitized database of all existing school clients, order histories, and delivery preferences.

Business/Vocational Center Setup & Management (Months 3–4):

Collaborate with the founder to translate his 40 years of competence into a structured, modular vocational training curriculum (Pre-press, Press, and Post-press).
Develop the operational structure for the training wing, including trainee recruitment strategies, code of conduct, and safety protocols.
Midwife the Digital Hub Setup, including the setup of the business center laptops, software, and internet infrastructure, ensuring it is ready for the first cohort of young trainees
Integrate the trainees seamlessly into the production line of bespoke exercise books and publications to boost capacity without lowering quality.

Business Development & Revenue Generation (Months 4–6):

Aggressively market the press’s bespoke printing services to new primary and secondary schools within Ibadan and neighboring communities.
Introduce new, high-margin product lines to existing schools (e.g., customized yearbooks, branded certificates, exam stationery, and school magazines).
Explore and secure alternative revenue streams, such as paid weekend print workshops, digital design courses, or partnerships with development organizations funding youth skills acquisition.
