We’re hiring a Business Development and Partnerships Lead to drive our luxury lifestyle business' retail growth and expansion. This role focuses on opening new channels and structuring partnerships. The ideal candidate is commercially sharp, confident in negotiations, and hands-on in converting opportunities into active revenue.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new sales and partnership opportunities for the business retail chain.
  • Open and manage relationships with decision‑makers, converting prospects into active partners/customers.
  • Structure and negotiate sales/commercial terms, including Retail, consignment, and revenue‑share models
  • Manage partner onboarding, follow‑ups, replenishment, and reorders to ensure sustained revenue
  • Track and report on pipeline progress, active partnerships, and channel performance
  • Leverage partnerships to support growth across the relevant brands the business engages.


Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in business development, sales partnerships, channel expansion, or sales/distribution.
  • Experience working with hospitality, lifestyle, FMCG, luxury retail, or premium brands is an advantage
  • Strong negotiation and deal‑structuring skills with a solid understanding of pricing, margins, and commercial viability
  • Confident in initiating conversations and engaging decision‑makers in premium spaces
  • Highly self‑driven, results‑oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Excellent follow‑up discipline and relationship management skills
  • Street‑smart, commercially grounded, professional, detail‑oriented, and able to represent premium brands confidently
