Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Track industry trends and competitors to inform business strategies.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Manage and update client databases and sales records.
- Attend meetings, conferences, and events to represent the organisation.
- Provide weekly or monthly reports on business development activities and results.
Requirements:
- B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (an advantage).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or CRM tools.
