Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and market analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to implement strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.
  • Track industry trends and competitors to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage and update client databases and sales records.
  • Attend meetings, conferences, and events to represent the organisation.
  • Provide weekly or monthly reports on business development activities and results.


Requirements:

  • B.Sc/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (an advantage).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term business relationships.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
