Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies.
- Manage corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.
- Develop, review, and manage contracts.
- Prepare business reports, analyses, and forecasts.
- Maintain relationships with stakeholders, including investors, customers, and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in business development, corporate services, or related areas.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of corporate governance and regulatory requirements.
Remuneration: NGN 300,000 - 400,000
