Business Consultant

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the CEO to evaluate, prioritise, and develop new business verticals and subsidiaries.
• Conduct deep-dive market scans to identify profitable opportunities and emerging trends within Lagos and beyond.
• Build business cases, feasibility reports, strategic plans, and rollout frameworks for new ventures.
• Provide clear recommendations on which ideas to greenlight or shelve, backed by market data and operational realities.
• Benchmark competitor activities and forecast business viability using market intelligence.
• Support execution by aligning stakeholders, coordinating resources, and monitoring early-stage performance of new ventures.
• Serve as a strategic thought-partner to the CEO, ensuring decisions are informed, bold, and market-aligned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in business development, consulting, venture building, or corporate strategy.
• Strong background in launching or managing multiple business lines across different sectors.
• High analytical capacity, able to process market dynamics and translate them into strategic recommendations.
• Confident communicator with the ability to challenge assumptions and present data-backed insights.
• Proven track record supporting founders, CEOs, or senior leadership teams.
• Sharp problem-solver with a growth-driven mindset.
• Must reside within Ajah / surrounding axis for seamless collaboration.
• Female candidates preferred.
