Job descriptions & requirements
- Supervise and coordinate all branch activities, including repairs, diagnostics, detailing, sales, inventory, and customer engagement
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects Roadmech’s culture of excellence, integrity, and transparency
- Lead and manage branch staff across departments, ensuring proper scheduling, accountability, and performance tracking
- Monitor daily sales, service output, and customer feedback; provide reports and recommendations to management
- Enforce discipline, punctuality, and quality control standards in all areas of branch operations
- Drive branch growth by ensuring sales targets are met, services are delivered efficiently, and customer retention is prioritized.
- Resolve customer complaints or escalations professionally and promptly
- Work closely with inventory and finance teams to ensure accurate stock management and cost control
- Ensure the cleanliness, organisation, and operational readiness of the entire branch daily
Requirements:
- Minimum of degree
- Strong leadership skills
